Our Curriculum

 

At Cheeky Monkeys Nursery, we know how important it is for your child to feel safe, happy and cared for. That’s why we create a warm, nurturing environment where children aged 3 months to 4 years can learn, play and grow with confidence.

Our curriculum is guided by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and is built around each child’s individual needs and interests. We focus on developing strong relationships, supporting communication and language, and building early skills in literacy and maths through fun, play-based experiences.

From babies exploring through their senses and forming secure attachments, to toddlers growing in confidence and independence, and pre-school children preparing for school with early phonics, writing and counting—every stage of your child’s journey is carefully supported.
 

We work closely with parents, sharing each child’s progress through observations and learning journeys, and ensuring any additional needs are supported early. Our inclusive approach means every child is valued, respected and encouraged to be themselves.

By the time children leave us, they are confident, curious and independent learners—ready and excited for their next adventure at school.
